Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times
• United States: 7–15 business days
• International: 10–20 business days
These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be applied automatically.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs, duties & taxes
Elovairia ships internationally. For orders outside the United States, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Elovairia@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Wrong address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Elovairia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at Elovairia@gmail.com — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
